Hi:

I'm working on a new project. I am getting triathletes of the world to submit their energy and endurance training recipes along with their triathlon story to me.

Really great submissions already. Does not have to be a fancy recipe. Just one you enjoy after those hard training day. One that helps you recover. It can be as simple as a smoothie or as complex as a main course. You can submit more than one.

Also need your first name, city, country, age etc. and your triathlon goals and accomplishments. Doesn't matter if you have even done a tri yet. Just tell the world your tri goals....

Send to ytriguy@yahoo.com

thanks so much,
Ray, creator of Ironstruck

In the articles I've written on athletes and nutrition, this is the area where most athletes suffer. We have some articles on our site on nutrition under our archives so if youre one of those suffering check them out: www.gatherlogic.com

I cheat on my healthful way of eating for special occasions (probably much more than most people would imagine) but I've learned that if I get right back on track for my day-to-day meals, an occasional splurge doesn't really seem to matter.  This is one reason I love the South Beach Diet, because a few days on phase one will get me right back on track!
