Waterfront home on Hayden Lake, 13 miles north of downtown Coeur d'Alene (20-25 minute drive).  This vacation rental home has hosted many Ironman families.  Sleeps 10 comfortably in 4 bedrooms.  2 baths.  Spacious deck and separate stone patio overlooking lake...steps down to your private boat dock.  Grassy play areas.  Easy boat launch; public boat ramp very close by.  Fully furnished inside and out.  Includes satellite TV and high-speed internet connection.  Hayden Lake, with 40 miles of undulating shoreline, has many quiet coves and is calmer than Cd'A and the other big lakes in the area in the height of summer traffic.  The view from this property down miles of water is inspiring.  Rent is $1,650 weekly or $300 nightly with five night minimum stay.  This is our normal rate.  Unlike many area rentals, we do not believe in charging extra rent for the Ironman period.  A $150 cleaning fee is also assessed for stays of any length.  No smoking inside the house and sorry, but no pets are allowed.   If interested, please send email or private message.  I can direct you to a website we have for this property.  Thank you.
